Responding to this need, Phoenix HR & OD Consulting Limited have come together as a group of experienced HR, OD and Business consultants who individually and collectively are committed to supporting our clients in “Delivering Strategy through People”.

With an average of 25+ years’ experience Phoenix Consulting’s team of consultants have worked with companies of all sizes ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations across both the private and public sectors.

Phoenix Consulting’s approach is to use the collective experience of our consultants combined with best practice methodologies to create insights for clients on the challenges they face in addressing strategic, organisation and people issues.  The consultancy will focus on a range of services including Organisation Design, HR Strategies and Capability & Leadership Development.
